Any of our product, which you had purchased from DREAMON.PK can be exchangeable within 2-3 days.
Exchange Policy is only applicable if the product is the item is:
- Defective at the time of delivery.
- Contact us on WhatsApp/messenger or on-call to our official contact# 0300 0208925 within 2-3 days of delivery.
- We request you to please send us photographic evidence of the defective item on WhatsApp/messenger to make the exchange expedient.
- Claimed orders placed by the customer will be dealt with on a case-to-case basis and the customer should have to wait for at least 7 days when his/her complaint been already noted by our customer care.
- Products/items that are purchased online can be exchangeable if you notify us through the mediums mentioned above within 3 days maximum.
- DREAMON.PK has the authority to deny any exchanges if the return process is not accompanied by the customer properly.
DREAMON.PK will not be responsible for exchanges in some cases that include:
- The product has tampered with or damaged because of use.
- When the exchanged request is made outside the specified time frame (after 3 days)
- If anything is missing from the package including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories
- DREAMON.PK will not facilitate you in, “REFUND Policy” on purchased items.
- In the case of applying the exchange policy, your order will be exchanged within 10 days once the defective item is received by us.
- DREAMON.PK has the right to change their “Exchange policy", without any prior notification.
