You can exchange any product within 3 days bought from www.dreamon.pk :
The item(s) does not match the original specifications of the product or is found to be not the same as you had purchased.
The item(s) is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.
DreamOn.Pk notifies at each dispute on a case-by-case basis and tries to be satisfactory to both parties. You must inform us within 3 days of delivery by writing an email to email@example.com or calling at +92 300 0208925 if you want to raise a dispute.
You will be expected to email photographic evidence of the faulty item at complaint@Dreamon.Pk within 3 days of shopping before any claims can be processed.
Product/item purchased online can be replaced at any DREAMON Exclusive.
There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support exchanges. Such scenarios include but are not limited to the following:
“Cash Refund” or “Money Back Guarantee” on purchased items is not included in our offers at DREAMON.PK
A “Refund” may only be allotted if:
DREAMON has the authority to cancel orders for reasons before-mentioned as – item is out of stock, or the credit card amount declined by the issuing financial institution.
