You can exchange any product within 3 days bought from www.dreamon.pk :
The item(s) does not match the original specifications of the product or is found to be not the same as you had purchased.
The item(s) is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.
DreamOn.Pk notifies at each dispute on a case-by-case basis and tries to be satisfactory to both parties. You must inform us within 3 days of delivery by writing an email to [email protected] or calling at +92 300 0208925 if you want to raise a dispute.
You will be expected to email photographic evidence of the faulty item at [email protected] within 3 days of shopping before any claims can be processed.
Product/item purchased online can be replaced at any DREAMON Exclusive.
There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support exchanges. Such scenarios include but are not limited to the following:
- If the Product has tampered.
- If the Product is damaged because of use.
- Replacement request is performed outside the assigned time frame.
- If Anything is missing from the commodity/product including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, and accessories.
“Cash Refund” or “Money Back Guarantee” on purchased items is not included in our offers at DREAMON.PK
A “Refund” may only be allotted if:
- The customer cancels the order before DREAMON starts processing the shipment.
- The item(s) does not match the original specifications of the product.
- The transaction does not verify the security checks and DREAMON is not willing to process such an order.
- The customer removes the order before DREAMON starts processing the shipment.
- The shipment has been postponed due to weather issues, logistic issues, political issues, etc. and the consumer thinks that they do not want the products any longer.
DREAMON has the authority to cancel orders for reasons before-mentioned as – item is out of stock, or the credit card amount declined by the issuing financial institution.
